• We highly recommend you book Spa treatments in advance at your earliest convenience. This will ensure time is allocated and you don’t miss out.
• La Chíc Bohème has limited spaces and times available, so we request that you to book sooner rather than later with an open mind and an open heart to flexibility.
• Please note: There is a minimum of a 90 min Spa treatment per person for La Chíc Bohème guests. This includes complimentary use of our Spa facilities including Himalayan Salt Room & Infrared Sauna.

• For your comfort, a robe and salt room socks will be provided. There is also a locker for your personal belongings.
• Guests are required to wear the provided white gripped socks in the Himalayan Salt Room

All La Chíc Bohème guests are required to complete an intake form prior to receiving their services. We will send this form to you via email upon completion of your booking. Please complete this form prior to your arrival to make sure you have the full amount of time to dedicate to your spa treatments upon arrival.

Please inform us of any health-related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include (but are not limited to) things like high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important, please discuss this with our Spa team.

The consumption of alcohol before, during or immediately after Med Spa and Permanent Cosmetics treatments is not permitted.

As we have reserved this space exclusively for you, and your therapist is especially coming in to look after you on the day, we require 48hrs notice for any single booking cancellations, modification or rescheduling of your appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling outside of this time will be charged the full treatment fee.

Group bookings of three or more require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations, modification or rescheduling of your appointments or the full treatment fee will be charged.

Holiday Bookings, like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day weekend, require one week’s notice to for cancellation or the full treatment fee will be charged.

There is a non-refundable reservation fee for all private parties; cancelation details will be outlined in our Spa Party contract prior to completion of booking.

• There is a 15% deposit required for all bookings.
• There is a nonrefundable deposit required for all private parties which will be outlined in our Private Party Contract prior to booking.
• Balance must be paid in full on the day of services being rendered.
• If paying your balance with a gift card, you must have your gift card or gift certificate present with you at checkout. No Exceptions. We cannot look up gift card numbers.
• La Chíc Bohème is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Purchases for any and all Day Spa, Med Spa, & Permanent Cosmetics Services, Series, Packages, & Gift Cards/Certificates are final.
• Treatment and Series results may vary and we do not guarantee specific results on any of our services, series, packages, or treatments.
• Beauty Products are non-refundable. We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place.
• Sale and clearance items may not be returned.
• There is a $50.00 fee for all return checks.
• Prices and Services subject to change without notice.
