We use adhesive that is rubberized, helping it bend and flex with your natural lash. This premium adhesive makes the extensions immediately waterproof, oil-proof, and sweat-proof. Our guests experience absolutely no downtime following their services and can clean their lashes and extensions every day without damaging them, which is critical to maintaining the health of the eyes and natural lashes. Unlike with some of our competitors, with proper home care, our guests should expect fills every 3-4 weeks instead of every 1-2 weeks.

It’s likely they are using pre-made, pre glued, fans which are not customizable to your lashes and may be too heavy, damaging to your natural lashes and this type of lash extension will never be true volume lashes.

If you currently have on lash extensions and want a new full set, you must also schedule removal prior to your appointment so that we reserve the appropriate amount of time on our schedule.

Our Lash Fills are provided to maintain lash extensions after a full set is applied. This treatment also includes a hydrating and plumping collagen lip masque and is finished off with a soothing and refreshing “lash massage”.
- If you did not receive your original full set of lashes with us, you must book both your appropriate Lash Fill + the Foreign Lash fill service in order to give our artists the appropriate amount of time needed.
- Working with lashes that were done at another establishment is always more difficult and time consuming for our lash stylists. For this reason there is a foreign lash fill fee + additional time added to all lash fill appointments for clients who received their full set at another establishment, in all circumstances.
- If you have less than 30% of your extensions remaining, do not book in for a fill, you must book a removal and full set in order to avoid any rescheduling fee that may be required if you book in for the wrong service. When in doubt, call or text us and we will assist you with your booking.
- For best results, for all new clients, we recommend removal of old lash extensions and the application of a fresh full set of lashes. This always delivers the best results as our lash artists can do their best work with when using all one brand of lashes.

These luxurious eyelash extensions were created to mimic real mink fur. These extremely light-weight lash extensions are extremely soft and supple with a beautiful glossy shine without the sanitary issues associated with animal hair. Every lash strong enough to receive an extension will have one applied to it. So, other than brand-new, baby growth, each lash will get an extension. This style is still natural looking, but with a longer and thicker looking lash line with added curl and length.
