Himalayan Salt Room

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, dates back to the 12th century. Modern dry salt therapy has its origins from the salt mines and caves in Europe and Russia. Nearly two centuries ago in Poland, a physician noticed something rather interesting about those who were toiling deep in the Wieliczka Salt Mine: They didn’t have lung issues like workers in other mines. So what are the benefits of Halotherapy and how does it work?

Once inhaled, salt particles are claimed to absorb irritants, including allergens and toxins, from the respiratory system. This process is said to break up mucus and reduce inflammation, resulting in clear airways. Salt is also said to produce negative ions. This theoretically causes your body to release more serotonin, one of the chemicals behind feelings of happiness. The negative ions also increase energy levels, which yields a refreshing effect similar to the feeling of rejuvenation achieved from spending time in nature. Additionally, allowing salt-saturated air to flow over your body is said to naturally boost your skin’s hydration, leaving it feeling smoother and more even in tone. There’s also quite a bit of buzz about balancing out pH levels and clearing up eczema, too.

Experience the soothing ambiance and rejuvenating benefits of our salt room, where the calming atmosphere and natural salt particles promote deep relaxation.

Sauna

Step into a sanctuary of relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness with our traditional cedar sauna. Crafted with high-quality, aromatic cedar wood, our sauna provides a genuine, immersive experience that has been cherished for centuries. Designed to promote overall health and well-being, this time-honored sauna offers a perfect space for unwinding, detoxing, and restoring balance.

Benefits of Using Our Traditional Cedar Sauna

  1. Detoxification: The heat from the sauna induces sweating, which helps remove toxins from the body, promoting a natural detoxification process.
  2. Relaxation: The warm, soothing environment helps to reduce stress, alleviate tension, and encourage relaxation of both body and mind.
  3. Improved Circulation: The heat increases blood flow, which can aid in improving cardiovascular health and muscle recovery after exercise.
  4. Skin Health: Sweating opens up pores and helps cleanse the skin, promoting a healthy, glowing complexion.
  5. Pain Relief: Heat therapy can soothe sore muscles, joints, and promote overall pain relief, making it ideal for those with arthritis or muscle tension.
  6. Better Sleep: Regular sauna use can promote deep relaxation, leading to improved sleep quality.
  7. Boosted Immune System: The sauna’s heat helps stimulate the production of white blood cells, which can strengthen your immune system and improve overall health.
